2 Year Guarantee

All of our new condition pumps come with a two year guarantee. There is no better way of us showing that our stock is of the highest quality.

All of our selected used condition pumps come with a 6 month guarantee.

Our guarantee is almost identical to the Grundfos warranty, and we provide this service on ALL of our pumps no matter the make:

The guarantee covers product and material defects which are not the results of normal wear and tear for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery (6 months for used products)

Guarantee claims will be rejected in the following situations:

If the defect in the product arises from:
•any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer/purchaser
•modifications undertaken by the customer/purchaser or a third party without the consent of KWG Electric

If a defect is caused by:
•abnormal wear and tear
•inadequate maintenance or faulty repair by others than KWG Electric
•failure to observe the operating instructions
•over-loading
•use of any unsuitable material
•the effects of chemical or electrolytic action
•building or assembly work not undertaken KWG Electric
•other reasons beyond KWG Electrics control.
•As a general rule, KWG Electric will not accept to pay transportation/replacement/installation costs for faulty products.
