This listing is for a Grundfos TPE pump from the TP family of dry-rotor, single-stage in-line circulator pumps. It is a single-head, electronically speed-controlled unit with identical in-line suction and discharge ports, designed for heating, cooling and industrial circulation duties where energy-optimised variable speed operation and serviceability are important.
Condition: supplied as a used pump. The unit has been previously installed/used and will show cosmetic wear consistent with service use. It is inspected prior to dispatch. Guarantee: supplied with a 6-month guarantee.
Important commissioning note:
This TPE pump is typically commissioned using Grundfos GO Remote (via MI interface). Correct control mode and setpoints should be configured on site to suit the application.

BAQE describes the mechanical seal materials used in this pump:
Seal operating temperature (BAQE): 0 to +120 °C
Why choose BAQE?
BAQE uses a carbon against silicon-carbide face pairing. This soft–hard combination gives quiet, low-friction running in clean heating and cooling water while retaining the chemical stability of a silicon-carbide counterface. It is the standard choice for modern HVAC circulation duties where smooth operation is more important than extreme abrasive resistance.
This pump is typically suitable for clean circulation liquids compatible with the pump materials and EPDM, such as:
Water/glycol mixtures are permitted (ethylene or propylene glycol), but the allowable temperature and concentration depend on operating conditions. Refer to the Grundfos glycol chart in the manual for the correct temperature and glycol percentage limits.
Not suitable for:
Yes. This is an electronically controlled TPE pump and is typically commissioned using Grundfos GO Remote. The correct control mode, setpoints and operating limits should be configured during installation.
This model uses DN65 PN16 DIN flanges with a port-to-port length of 360 mm. Where dimensions match, it can replace other DN65 in-line circulators (for example from Wilo, Lowara and KSB), subject to hydraulic duty and control compatibility. The advantage of a variable-speed circulator is that it can be tuned to adjust the previous duty – the pump can be set up or down during commissioning to better match the operating point of the unit being replaced, rather than being locked to a fixed speed curve.
Yes – the pump uses a top-pull-out design, so the power head can be removed while the pump housing remains installed in the pipework.
